What WhiteBIT is

WhiteBIT has run since 2018, is registered in Lithuania and was founded by Ukrainians — which makes it the most local venue in this review for a Ukrainian user. Its WBT token stands out even against the broader market: by capitalisation it sits near the top, ahead of most independent projects. For an exchange-issued token that position is rare, and it says something about trust.

The key difference: ordinary money without USDT in the middle

Of WhiteBIT eight hundred markets, ninety-two are euro pairs and sixteen are hryvnia pairs, plus eighty-eight against bitcoin. No other venue in our review has that set: the rest route almost everything through USDT.

The difference is simple and very practical. The usual path from euro into a coin is two trades: buy USDT first, then the coin. Each one costs a fee and a spread, and a round trip racks up four charges instead of two. Here the path is shorter — and if you count your money in hryvnia or euro, you feel it immediately.

What you get here

Spot — around eight hundred markets, including euro, hryvnia and bitcoin as quote currencies.

Futures — nearly four hundred perpetual contracts.

Staking and Earn — deposits with clear terms, plus higher rates for WBT holders.

Lending — earn by lending out your coins.

WhiteBIT USD Card — pay with crypto in ordinary shops.

Codes — a signature feature: send funds to another user with a single code, instantly and free.

Launchpad — take part in new project launches.

WBT token — fee discounts, higher deposit rates and access to programmes.

Fees and withdrawals

Spot charges makers and takers the same tenth of a percent, falling with volume and with WBT held. The exchange publishes withdrawal fees openly for all four hundred plus coins, and WhiteBIT takes part in our transfers section on equal terms — live figures are in the table at the top of this page.

Who it suits

Ukrainians and Europeans who want to buy coins directly for hryvnia or euro, skipping the extra hop through USDT. People who value a clear interface in their own language and responsive support. And WBT holders: the token delivers real discounts and higher rates, and its own market standing among exchange tokens is one of the strongest there is.

Frequently asked

How many euro and hryvnia pairs does WhiteBIT have?
Ninety-two against the euro, sixteen against the hryvnia, eighty-eight against bitcoin and three hundred and twenty-eight against USDT, out of around eight hundred markets. That is more ordinary-money pairs than any other venue we cover.
What is the trading fee?
A tenth of a percent for both maker and taker, falling with volume and with WBT holdings. Mid-table for our coverage.
What does it cost to withdraw USDT?
One USDT on almost any network: TRON, BSC, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum and the rest. Only Ethereum (0.4) and Plasma (0.1) are cheaper. That is noticeably dearer than the large competitors, and it tells on frequent transfers.
Does WhiteBIT take part in your spot arbitrage?
Yes. It serves best bid and best ask for every market in a single list, so comparing its prices with other venues is sound.
Why is WhiteBIT missing from your P2P sections?
There is no programmatic access to its P2P ads: the section is not among the open ones in its documentation, and the page is behind bot protection. P2P does work on the exchange, but we cannot take the data from it.
What is WBT?
The exchange's own token. It grants fee discounts and access to the exchange's programmes. It ranks fifteenth on the market by capitalisation, unusually high for an exchange token.
Where is the exchange registered?
In Lithuania, running since 2018, founded by Ukrainians. That European registration sets it apart from most venues we cover, which are registered offshore.
How many futures are there?
Three hundred and ninety-six USDT perpetuals, with funding published for all of them. The settlement interval differs by contract: eight hours on some, four on others.
