In short: the difference
What WhiteBIT is: a regulated venue. On the market since 2018, jurisdiction: Lithuania, its own WBT token.
What HIBT is: a venue with bots and a Web3 side. .
What WhiteBIT gives you
Compared with an ecosystem, WhiteBIT leans on its own strengths: A European venue with Ukrainian roots, registered in Lithuania. Its defining trait is money without USDT in the middle: ninety-two euro pairs and sixteen hryvnia ones, a combination nothing else here offers. There is spot, almost four hundred perpetuals, P2P, staking and savings, a launchpad and its own WBT token, which sits in the market top twenty by capitalisation.
Strong sides: 92 euro pairs and 16 hryvnia ones, European registration, a 0.1% fee, WBT in the top 20.
What HIBT gives you
The regulated venue wins on money, HIBT on everything else: A spot exchange with almost five hundred USDT pairs and tangible turnover on the major coins. The book comes one pair per request, so we follow the top hundred and fifty by turnover and walk them with a separate collector — that is where nearly all the volume gathers. Best quotes arrive with their size, which makes the execution ceiling computable.
Strong sides: sizes at the best quote are open, nearly 500 USDT pairs, a relaxed request pace with no hard limits.
What decides it
- Native token. WBT on WhiteBIT cuts fees and opens launches; HIBT has no such lever.
- Strengths side by side. WhiteBIT: 92 euro pairs and 16 hryvnia ones, European registration, a 0.1% fee, WBT in the top 20; HIBT: sizes at the best quote are open, nearly 500 USDT pairs, a relaxed request pace with no hard limits.
- Which job. WhiteBIT is for settling directly in euro and hryvnia without USDT in between, while HIBT is as an extra side in spot and triangular routes.
- Worth remembering. WhiteBIT: USDT withdrawals cost more than on the largest venues — compare networks if you move often. HIBT: the book is served one pair per request, so only the top of the turnover list enters the scanners.
Which one fits you

What people ask most
WhiteBIT: Why is WhiteBIT missing from your P2P sections? There is no programmatic access to its P2P ads: the section is not among the open ones in its documentation, and the page is behind bot protection. P2P does work on the exchange, but we cannot take the data from it.
WhiteBIT: How many futures are there? Three hundred and ninety-six USDT perpetuals, with funding published for all of them. The settlement interval differs by contract: eight hours on some, four on others.
WhiteBIT: What does it cost to withdraw USDT? One USDT on almost any network: TRON, BSC, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum and the rest. Only Ethereum (0.4) and Plasma (0.1) are cheaper. That is noticeably dearer than the large competitors, and it tells on frequent transfers.
HIBT: Why do the scanners show only some HIBT pairs? The exchange serves its book one pair per request. Walking five hundred pairs in one refresh is impossible, so we watch the top of the turnover list. Using the last trade price instead was not an option: you cannot buy at it.
HIBT: How many pairs does HIBT have? By our measurements nearly five hundred spot pairs against USDT. The scanners use the top hundred and fifty by turnover — the ones where a spread can actually fill.
HIBT: Why do HIBT routes show a question mark instead of a transfer status? The exchange does not openly publish networks, fees and deposit/withdrawal statuses. We will not present a guess as a fact.
Both at once
Nothing stops you from opening an account on both: it is free, and a pair of venues almost always beats any single one on price. Deposits and withdrawals go through the regulated venue, trading and yield through the ecosystem. A stablecoin travels between them on a cheap network.
Live numbers
Everything in the table above is recomputed together with the rest of the site — pairs, contracts, P2P, networks and the withdrawal fee. WhiteBIT and HIBT can be compared on facts rather than promises.
What the numbers say
A price for moving USDT exists only for WhiteBIT: 0.50 over SOL. Spot breadth favours HIBT — 478 USDT pairs to 326, 1.5× more.
