What Bybit is

Bybit started in 2018 as a futures venue and is still one of the most comfortable places to trade derivatives. It has since grown spot, P2P and savings products, but the original character stayed: an interface you do not get lost in, and execution without surprises.

If people pick Binance for its size, they pick Bybit for its neatness. The book on major pairs is even, orders fill predictably, and the terminal is laid out so a newcomer figures it out in an evening.

What you get here

Spot — almost four hundred USDT pairs. A shorter list than the Asian giants, but without random coins sitting on an empty book.

Perpetual futures — nearly eight hundred contracts, the venue native element. Bybit publishes funding rates openly, and it takes part in our funding section.

Options — present, which is rare among exchanges.

P2P — buy crypto for ordinary money straight from people, across dozens of currencies, with the exchange holding escrow.

Earn — flexible and fixed savings plus staking.

Copy trading — a Bybit strength. Trader statistics are open: you see drawdown and trade count, not just returns.

Trading bots — grid and DCA, configured right in the interface.

Bybit Card — spend your crypto balance in ordinary shops.

Fees

Spot starts at a tenth of a percent on both sides and drops with volume. Holders of MNT, the platform token, get a discount.

Futures rates are noticeably lower, and makers pay less than takers. As everywhere, the habit of posting limit orders instead of market ones saves more over time than any fee tier.

Deposits, withdrawals and the big advantage

The simplest way in is P2P: pick an offer, send the bank transfer, the seller releases the crypto from escrow.

On withdrawals Bybit has something nobody else does: twenty networks for USDT, more than any other venue in our review, and several of them are free. If you move coins between exchanges, that is direct savings on every transfer.

Which networks are open and what they cost right now is in the live table at the top of this page.

Who it suits

Traders who want a clean derivatives terminal instead of a wall of buttons. People who copy other traders: the statistics here are more honest than most, because they show more than profit. And anyone who moves coins often, since twenty networks give a choice available nowhere else.

An excellent second venue alongside Binance: together they cover both depth and cheap transfers.

Frequently asked

What is the unified trading account?
A mode where spot, futures and options share collateral. A coin bought on spot backs your futures position, and free funds never sit idle in a separate wallet — the whole balance works.
How many USDT withdrawal networks are there?
Twenty, more than any other venue in our review, and several of them are free. Live per-network prices are in the table at the top of this page.
Are there options here?
Yes, a proper section. Options are uncommon among exchanges, and Bybit is one of the few venues with the full derivatives set.
Is there P2P here?
Yes, across dozens of currencies. The section is more compact than Binance, and with less competition for the top rows the price is sometimes better.
Is Bybit good for spot?
Fine for major pairs: nearly four hundred USDT pairs with no random coins on an empty book. For the long tail of new listings keep a wide-listing venue alongside.
