What Phemex is

Phemex was founded in 2019 by people who came out of bank derivatives trading, and it shows in the product. This platform was built by a team from a world where execution speed and engine quality matter more than the number of coins on the listing page.

The size is calm and deliberate: a hundred and fifty spot USDT pairs and a hundred and twenty-three perpetual contracts. There is no exchange token.

Copy trading — mirror the platform traders.

Earn — savings and accumulation products.

Bots — grid and DCA strategies right in the interface.

Exact funding, per contract

On most exchanges settlement runs every eight hours and everyone simply assumes it. Phemex does not make you guess: it states the interval for each contract separately. In our funding section the annualised rate for Phemex is calculated from the real interval rather than an assumption.

Fees and withdrawals

Rates are in line with the market and fall with volume; the Premium subscription adds its own discount. Fourteen networks are available for USDT withdrawals, a decent choice for a venue of this size.

Who it suits

Futures traders who value a fast, responsive engine. People who care about precision in details like the funding interval. And anyone who prefers a compact, tidy listing over thousands of coins that are easy to drown in.

Frequently asked

How many pairs and contracts does Phemex have?
Around a hundred and fifty USDT spot pairs and a hundred and twenty-three perpetuals. It is one of the smaller venues we cover.
Does Phemex take part in your spot arbitrage?
Yes. It serves the book for every pair as one list, so comparing its prices with other venues is sound.
Why is Phemex absent from your transfers section?
It publishes the network list but not withdrawal fees — its directory has no field about cost at all. Showing networks without the price of moving is pointless.
What is the funding interval on Phemex?
Eight hours on most contracts, and the exchange states it per contract, so there is no guessing. Our funding section annualises from the real interval.
Why do Phemex prices look strange in its API?
They are served as scaled integers: 160700000 at a scale of eight is 1.607. The scale differs per market and lives in the product directory.
Does Phemex have its own token?
No, it has no exchange token.
