The difference in one sentence
Bybit is book depth and a mature derivatives interface. WEEX is a wide contract selection, open fee data and a more mobile price.
The first matters if you trade. The second matters if you hunt gaps between venues.
What Bybit gives you
Futures — nearly eight hundred perpetual contracts and one of the best terminals on the market.
Options — a proper section, rare among exchanges.
Unified account — spot, futures and options on shared collateral, so capital never sits idle.
Copy trading — open statistics: returns, drawdown, trade count.
Bots — grid and DCA right in the interface.
Earn — savings and staking.
Bybit Card — pay from your crypto balance.
P2P — dozens of currencies.
Twenty networks for USDT withdrawals — the record of our review.
What WEEX gives you
Futures — around a thousand perpetual contracts.
Spot — 0.1% flat for makers and takers.
Open fee data — the fee comes straight from the instruments reference, per pair, so you can verify it yourself.
Copy trading — mirror the platform traders.
Earn — savings and accumulation products.
Protection fund — a public reserve of a thousand bitcoin with verifiable addresses.
P2P — the section lives at /buy-crypto.
WXT token — fee discounts.
Book depth
Depth decides whether your order fills at the price you see. On major pairs Bybit is among the best on the market — a large trade is more comfortable there.
The WEEX book is more mobile, and for arbitrage that is a plus: the price here drifts from the market more often, so routes involving this venue turn up more frequently. The rule is simple: check the visible spread against the pair volume.
Fees and transfers
Spot is 0.1% on both. The difference is verifiability: WEEX serves its rate straight from the instruments reference, while Bybit keeps its fee schedule in a separate section.
On withdrawals Bybit is noticeably ahead on choice: twenty USDT networks, some transfers free. WEEX has more than a dozen networks with a wide price spread between them, so network choice saves real money.
Who each one suits
Bybit — if you trade: deeper book, more mature interface, wider P2P and more withdrawal networks.
WEEX — if you hunt gaps between venues, or value verifiable fees and a public reserve fund.
What the numbers say
Bybit lists 20 networks for USDT, WEEX lists 11 — that is freedom of route when you move funds. P2P reaches our scanner in 89 currencies from Bybit and 89 from WEEX. On the cheapest chain WEEX charges 0.0150 for USDT via OPTIMISM; the same move on Bybit runs to 0.0700 POLYGON. WEEX gives 4.1× the choice on spot: 1,601 USDT pairs against 388. WEEX carries more perpetuals: 1,045 where the other has 822.
