In short: the difference
Bybit is a derivatives terminal. On the market since 2018, jurisdiction: Dubai, UAE, its own MNT token.
XT.com is a venue that doubles as a toolkit. On the market since 2018, jurisdiction: Seychelles, its own XT token.
What Bybit gives you
The rival’s service list is wide, yet Bybit wins on other things: A venue with a strong derivatives pedigree and an unusually comfortable interface. Spot, perpetual futures and options, P2P, Earn savings, copy trading with open trader statistics, trading bots and a card. Twenty networks for USDT withdrawals — more than anyone we cover — and several of them free.
Strong sides: 20 withdrawal networks, several of them free, an even book on the main pairs, transparent copy trading.
What XT.com gives you
Next to a derivatives terminal, XT.com answers with something else: An all-round exchange: roughly a thousand spot pairs, nine hundred and fifty of them against USDT, and close to eight hundred perpetuals, each with its own funding rate. The set includes P2P, Earn savings, copy trading, trading bots and new-coin launches. Its particular strength is withdrawal networks: more than two hundred of them, its own XT Smart Chain among them, each published with fee, minimum and contract address.
Strong sides: about a thousand pairs and 800 contracts, 200+ withdrawal networks with open fees and contract addresses, early listings.
What decides it
- Jurisdiction. Bybit sits in Dubai, UAE, XT.com in Seychelles. It shapes both the checks you pass and what the venue has to disclose.
- Native tokens. Bybit has MNT, XT.com has XT: holders usually get fee discounts and access to launches.
- Strengths side by side. Bybit: 20 withdrawal networks, several of them free, an even book on the main pairs, transparent copy trading; XT.com: about a thousand pairs and 800 contracts, 200+ withdrawal networks with open fees and contract addresses, early listings.
- Which job. Bybit is a natural second venue in a route: cheap transfers and predictable execution, while XT.com is as an early-listing venue and an extra leg in cross-exchange routes.
- Worth remembering. Bybit: the spot listing is slimmer than the Asian venues with thousands of pairs. XT.com: books on niche pairs are thinner than at the first-tier venues — check depth before sizing up.

What people ask most
Bybit: Is there P2P here? Yes, across dozens of currencies. The section is more compact than Binance, and with less competition for the top rows the price is sometimes better.
Bybit: What is the unified trading account? A mode where spot, futures and options share collateral. A coin bought on spot backs your futures position, and free funds never sit idle in a separate wallet — the whole balance works.
Bybit: Are there options here? Yes, a proper section. Options are uncommon among exchanges, and Bybit is one of the few venues with the full derivatives set.
XT.com: What is XT’s funding interval? Most often eight hours, and the exchange states it per contract along with the time of the next accrual. Our funding section annualises from the real interval rather than an assumption.
XT.com: What does the XT token do? It discounts trading fees and takes part in staking and platform events. It also serves as gas on the exchange’s own network, XT Smart Chain.
XT.com: Does XT take part in your arbitrage sections? Yes, in all of them at once: spot, futures, funding, triangular routes and stablecoins. The exchange serves best quotes with sizes in one list, so we can compute not just the spread but the execution ceiling.
Both at once
Keeping both costs less than it seems: signing up is free, and a choice of two quotes usually beats one. Spot and earn stay on the ecosystem, contracts on the terminal. Moving between them costs pennies on the right network.
Live numbers
The figures above do not come from marketing pages: we compute them from the same market snapshots as the rest of the site. Bybit and XT.com can be compared on facts rather than promises.
What the numbers say
Bybit lists 20 networks for USDT, XT.com lists 11 — that is freedom of route when you move funds. XT.com gives 2.4× the choice on spot: 941 USDT pairs against 388. Contract counts sit side by side — 809 or thereabouts on each. Moving USDT costs less on XT.com: 0.0200 over POLYGON, where Bybit wants 0.0700 POLYGON. Only Bybit of the two reaches our P2P scanner, in 89 currencies.
