In short: the difference
What Bybit is: an exchange that lives on leverage. On the market since 2018, jurisdiction: Dubai, UAE, its own MNT token.
What KCEX is: an ecosystem with its own set of services. On the market since 2021, jurisdiction: Seychelles.
What Bybit gives you
Compared with an ecosystem, Bybit leans on its own strengths: A venue with a strong derivatives pedigree and an unusually comfortable interface. Spot, perpetual futures and options, P2P, Earn savings, copy trading with open trader statistics, trading bots and a card. Twenty networks for USDT withdrawals — more than anyone we cover — and several of them free.
Strong sides: 20 withdrawal networks, several of them free, an even book on the main pairs, transparent copy trading.
What KCEX gives you
The terminal is strong on contracts, but KCEX has its own ground: A venue weighted towards derivatives: eight hundred and more perpetual contracts, each with an open funding rate and mark price, alongside spot on roughly eight hundred and fifty pairs. The offer it leads with is zero spot commission and low rates on futures. Copy trading and new-coin launches round it out, and the dense part of the book sits in the first hundred pairs.
Strong sides: 800+ contracts with open rates and mark prices, zero spot fees per the venue’s own schedule, early listings.
What decides it
- Age. Bybit has run since 2018, KCEX since 2021 — a gap of 3 years. It guarantees nothing on its own, but the older venue has been through more market cycles.
- Jurisdiction. Bybit sits in Dubai, UAE, KCEX in Seychelles. It shapes both the checks you pass and what the venue has to disclose.
- Native token. MNT on Bybit cuts fees and opens launches; KCEX has no such lever.
- Strengths side by side. Bybit: 20 withdrawal networks, several of them free, an even book on the main pairs, transparent copy trading; KCEX: 800+ contracts with open rates and mark prices, zero spot fees per the venue’s own schedule, early listings.
- Which job. Bybit is a natural second venue in a route: cheap transfers and predictable execution, while KCEX is primarily as a futures venue in funding.
- Worth remembering. Bybit: the spot listing is slimmer than the Asian venues with thousands of pairs. KCEX: spot books are served one pair per request, so we keep the top hundred by turnover under watch.

What people ask most
Bybit: Is Bybit good for spot? Fine for major pairs: nearly four hundred USDT pairs with no random coins on an empty book. For the long tail of new listings keep a wide-listing venue alongside.
Bybit: What is the unified trading account? A mode where spot, futures and options share collateral. A coin bought on spot backs your futures position, and free funds never sit idle in a separate wallet — the whole balance works.
Bybit: How many USDT withdrawal networks are there? Twenty, more than any other venue in our review, and several of them are free. Live per-network prices are in the table at the top of this page.
KCEX: What are KCEX fees? The venue advertises zero spot fees and reduced futures rates. In our tables the fee is yours to set in the «trade fee» field — put in zero and watch how the net spread changes.
KCEX: How many contracts and pairs does KCEX have? By our measurements over eight hundred perpetual contracts and around eight hundred and fifty spot pairs. The figures are live — they come from the exchange’s own directory on every refresh.
KCEX: Why do KCEX routes show a question mark instead of a transfer status? The venue does not publish whether deposits and withdrawals are open per network, or what a transfer costs. We will not present a guess as a fact, so the badge reads «unknown» and those rows are hidden while the «working transfers only» filter is on.
Both at once
Nothing stops you from opening an account on both: it is free, and a pair of venues almost always beats any single one on price. Spot and earn stay on the ecosystem, contracts on the terminal. Moving between them costs pennies on the right network.
Live numbers
Everything in the table above is recomputed together with the rest of the site — pairs, contracts, P2P, networks and the withdrawal fee. Bybit and KCEX can be compared on facts rather than promises.
What the numbers say
P2P data comes from Bybit only — 89 currencies. Bybit is the one of the two with a published USDT withdrawal: 0.0700 on POLYGON. Neither pulls ahead on perpetuals: about 821 both ways. Counting spot pairs, KCEX comes out ahead by 2.2×: 856 USDT pairs against 388.
