Binance vs Ourbit

Two full ecosystems. Binance is stronger at the core — book and P2P; Ourbit is more interesting around the trading itself.

Compared by the numbers

All of it is pulled from the platforms as they publish it. Volume is the one figure we skip — the counting rules differ so widely that a side-by-side would mislead rather than inform.

In short: the difference

What Binance is: the largest venue on the market. On the market since 2017, jurisdiction: no single headquarters, its own BNB token.

What Ourbit is: a venue with bots and a Web3 side. .

What Binance gives you

Compared with an ecosystem, Binance leans on its own strengths: The largest venue in the world and the most complete in what it offers: spot, perpetual futures and options, P2P across more than fifty currencies, savings and staking under Earn, new-coin launches on Launchpad, copy trading, trading bots and a payment card. Nearly five hundred USDT pairs and over eight hundred contracts — and, more importantly, the deepest book anywhere: size goes through here without noticeable slippage.

Strong sides: the deepest book we cover, P2P in 50+ currencies, USDT withdrawals from 0.01 on BSC, 19 networks to choose from.

What Ourbit gives you

The rival’s scale does not mean Ourbit has nothing to offer: A venue that calls itself a SuperCEX and bets on breadth: fifteen hundred spot pairs against USDT and over seven hundred perpetual contracts, each publishing its funding rate and mark price. Listings are quick, with plenty of fresh and meme coins. Data is served openly and in full — spot with best quotes, and contracts — which makes its prices sound to compare with other venues.

Strong sides: 1500+ USDT pairs and 700+ contracts, best quotes and rates served as one list, fast listings of new coins.

What decides it

  • Native token. BNB on Binance cuts fees and opens launches; Ourbit has no such lever.
  • Strengths side by side. Binance: the deepest book we cover, P2P in 50+ currencies, USDT withdrawals from 0.01 on BSC, 19 networks to choose from; Ourbit: 1500+ USDT pairs and 700+ contracts, best quotes and rates served as one list, fast listings of new coins.
  • Which job. Binance is the anchor venue for anyone who values reliable execution and cheap transfers, while Ourbit is as an early-listing venue and a leg in cross-venue routes.
  • Worth remembering. Binance: new coins arrive here later than on the early-listing venues. Ourbit: the network and withdrawal-fee directory sits behind a key, so we do not show a transfer status for it.

What people ask most

Binance: Which network is cheapest to withdraw on? It depends on the coin and current network load. The table at the top of this page shows live fees per network — usually TRON and BSC are cheapest, Ethereum dearest.

Binance: How do I reduce fees? Turn on paying fees in BNB — it discounts every trade and is a single toggle. Beyond that the discount grows with monthly volume.

Ourbit: What is Ourbit’s funding interval? Most often eight hours, and the exchange states it per contract along with the next payout time, so we annualise from the real interval.

Ourbit: Why do Ourbit routes show a question mark instead of a transfer status? The venue does not openly publish which networks accept deposits and withdrawals, or what a transfer costs. We will not present a guess as a fact.

Ourbit: Does Ourbit take part in your arbitrage sections? Yes, all of them: spot, futures, funding, triangular routes and stablecoins. The exchange serves best quotes with sizes in one list, so we can compute both the spread and the execution ceiling.

Both at once

Nothing stops you from opening an account on both: it is free, and a pair of venues almost always beats any single one on price. Usually one becomes the main venue and the other the spare: part of the balance sits there for coins and networks the first one lacks.

Live numbers

The table above is built from our own market snapshots: USDT pairs, perpetual contracts, P2P ads and currencies, withdrawal networks and the cheapest one. Binance and Ourbit can be compared on facts rather than promises.

What the numbers say

Frequently asked

Ourbit or Binance — which should you pick?
It is the same choice whichever way round you write it. The comparison above is built on what can be measured: fees, pair counts, withdrawal chains and funding routes. Look less at which venue is "better" in general and more at which of those matters to you.
