In short: the difference
What WEEX is: a venue built for leveraged trading. On the market since 2018, jurisdiction: Singapore, its own WXT token.
What XT.com is: a venue that doubles as a toolkit. On the market since 2018, jurisdiction: Seychelles, its own XT token.
What WEEX gives you
Compared with an ecosystem, WEEX leans on its own strengths: A young venue that grew fast: seventeen hundred spot pairs and a thousand perpetuals, more than many long-established names. There is P2P in dozens of currencies, copy trading, savings and its own WXT token. The exchange is known for the user protection fund it holds publicly.
Strong sides: 1700 spot pairs and 1000 contracts, a broad P2P, a public protection fund.
What XT.com gives you
The terminal is strong on contracts, but XT.com has its own ground: A broad-coverage venue: around a thousand spot pairs, nine hundred and fifty of them against USDT, and close to eight hundred perpetual contracts, each with its own funding rate. There is P2P, savings under Earn, copy trading, trading bots and new-coin launches. The withdrawal network list is among the widest in this comparison — over two hundred chains including its own XT Smart Chain — and each one publishes its fee, minimum and contract address openly.
Strong sides: about a thousand pairs and 800 contracts, 200+ withdrawal networks with open fees and contract addresses, early listings.
What decides it
- Jurisdiction. WEEX sits in Singapore, XT.com in Seychelles. It shapes both the checks you pass and what the venue has to disclose.
- Native tokens. WEEX has WXT, XT.com has XT: holders usually get fee discounts and access to launches.
- Strengths side by side. WEEX: 1700 spot pairs and 1000 contracts, a broad P2P, a public protection fund; XT.com: about a thousand pairs and 800 contracts, 200+ withdrawal networks with open fees and contract addresses, early listings.
- Which job. WEEX is for anyone who needs a wide choice of pairs and a live P2P in their currency, while XT.com is as an early-listing venue and an extra leg in cross-exchange routes.
- Worth remembering. WEEX: eleven withdrawal networks — fewer than the largest venues. XT.com: books on niche pairs are thinner than at the first-tier venues — check depth before sizing up.

What people ask most
WEEX: How long does a deposit take? Usually around ten minutes, followed by a notification in the app and by email. If it takes longer, first check in a block explorer that the transaction is confirmed — until then the exchange cannot see it.
WEEX: Where is P2P on WEEX? At /buy-crypto, not /p2p — the expected link leads nowhere. Our rates and route sections pull WEEX ads automatically.
WEEX: How do I fund a WEEX account? Under Assets choose Deposit, then the coin and the network, and send to the address shown. The network must match the one you send from: a network mismatch is the most common way to lose coins, and the exchange warns about it separately in its own guide.
XT.com: Is the transfer status visible for XT? Yes. The venue publishes networks, withdrawal fees and contract addresses, so routes through it carry the same transfer badge as Binance or Bybit, and the fee is subtracted from the net spread immediately.
XT.com: Does XT take part in your arbitrage sections? Yes, in all of them at once: spot, futures, funding, triangular routes and stablecoins. The exchange serves best quotes with sizes in one list, so we can compute not just the spread but the execution ceiling.
XT.com: How many pairs and contracts does XT.com have? By our measurements around a thousand tradable spot pairs, some nine hundred and fifty of them against USDT, and close to eight hundred perpetual contracts. The figures are live: they come from the exchange’s own directory on every refresh.
Both at once
Most people end up keeping both: one for daily trades, the other for what the first one lacks. Spot and earn stay on the ecosystem, contracts on the terminal. Moving between them costs pennies on the right network.
Live numbers
The figures above do not come from marketing pages: we compute them from the same market snapshots as the rest of the site. WEEX and XT.com can be compared on facts rather than promises.
What the numbers say
USDT leaves cheaper from WEEX: 0.0150 over OPTIMISM, against 0.0200 POLYGON on XT.com. On USDT networks there is nothing between them — 11 and 11.
