In short: the difference
What KCEX is: a venue with bots and a Web3 side. On the market since 2021, jurisdiction: Seychelles.
What Ourbit is: an ecosystem with its own set of services. .
What KCEX gives you
The rival’s service list is wide, yet KCEX wins on other things: Over eight hundred perpetuals is what KCEX carries, every one of them publishing a funding rate and a mark price, with spot adding another eight hundred and fifty pairs. The pitch is straightforward: nothing per spot trade and modest rates on derivatives. Copy trading and launches sit on top, and turnover gathers in the top hundred pairs.
Strong sides: 800+ contracts with open rates and mark prices, zero spot fees per the venue’s own schedule, early listings.
What Ourbit gives you
Compared with an ecosystem, Ourbit leans on its own strengths: A venue that calls itself a SuperCEX and bets on breadth: fifteen hundred spot pairs against USDT and over seven hundred perpetual contracts, each publishing its funding rate and mark price. Listings are quick, with plenty of fresh and meme coins. Data is served openly and in full — spot with best quotes, and contracts — which makes its prices sound to compare with other venues.
Strong sides: 1500+ USDT pairs and 700+ contracts, best quotes and rates served as one list, fast listings of new coins.
What decides it
- Strengths side by side. KCEX: 800+ contracts with open rates and mark prices, zero spot fees per the venue’s own schedule, early listings; Ourbit: 1500+ USDT pairs and 700+ contracts, best quotes and rates served as one list, fast listings of new coins.
- Which job. KCEX is primarily as a futures venue in funding, while Ourbit is as an early-listing venue and a leg in cross-venue routes.
- Worth remembering. KCEX: spot books are served one pair per request, so we keep the top hundred by turnover under watch. Ourbit: the network and withdrawal-fee directory sits behind a key, so we do not show a transfer status for it.
Which one fits you
KCEX — primarily as a futures venue in funding.
Ourbit — as an early-listing venue and a leg in cross-venue routes.
What people ask most
KCEX: Why does spot arbitrage show only some KCEX pairs? The exchange serves its book one pair per request and limits requests to roughly five a second. Walking eight hundred pairs within a single refresh is not possible, so we watch the top hundred by turnover, where nearly all the volume sits. Using the last trade price instead of a book was not an option: you cannot buy at it.
KCEX: Why do KCEX routes show a question mark instead of a transfer status? The venue does not publish whether deposits and withdrawals are open per network, or what a transfer costs. We will not present a guess as a fact, so the badge reads «unknown» and those rows are hidden while the «working transfers only» filter is on.
KCEX: What are KCEX fees? The venue advertises zero spot fees and reduced futures rates. In our tables the fee is yours to set in the «trade fee» field — put in zero and watch how the net spread changes.
Ourbit: How many pairs and contracts does Ourbit have? By our measurements around fifteen hundred spot pairs against USDT and over seven hundred perpetual contracts. The figures are live and refresh with the data.
Ourbit: What is Ourbit’s funding interval? Most often eight hours, and the exchange states it per contract along with the next payout time, so we annualise from the real interval.
Ourbit: Does Ourbit take part in your arbitrage sections? Yes, all of them: spot, futures, funding, triangular routes and stablecoins. The exchange serves best quotes with sizes in one list, so we can compute both the spread and the execution ceiling.
Both at once
You do not have to pick one. Two accounts give you a fallback when the coin or network you need exists only on the other venue. It makes sense to split the jobs: spot and earn on one, bots and launches on the other. Balances are pre-funded, so no transfer is needed at the moment of a trade.
Live numbers
The table above is built from our own market snapshots: USDT pairs, perpetual contracts, P2P ads and currencies, withdrawal networks and the cheapest one. KCEX and Ourbit can be compared on facts rather than promises.
What the numbers say
Counting spot pairs, Ourbit comes out ahead by 1.6×: 1,400 USDT pairs against 856. Contract counts sit side by side — 793 or thereabouts on each. Neither KCEX nor Ourbit discloses transfer cost publicly: both name it in the wallet when you withdraw. Listing chains without the price of the transfer tells you nothing, so the row stays empty.
