Toobit vs XT.com

Toobit is built for contracts; XT.com also covers earn, bots and launches. It comes down to what you need more often.

Compared by the numbers

These figures come from the venues themselves. Volume is missing on purpose: every exchange counts it its own way, and on a few the top of the book is tokenised equities. The bottom row counts the P2P currencies our scanner reaches, not everything the venue lists.

In short: the difference

What Toobit is: a venue where contracts come before spot. On the market since 2022, jurisdiction: Seychelles, its own TBT token.

What XT.com is: an ecosystem with its own set of services. On the market since 2018, jurisdiction: Seychelles, its own XT token.

What Toobit gives you

Compared with an ecosystem, Toobit leans on its own strengths: A young venue with a derivatives character: over seven hundred USDT perpetuals and five hundred-plus spot pairs. There is P2P, copy trading, Earn savings and its own TBT token. A distinctive trait is the spread of withdrawal prices across networks: the gap between cheapest and dearest is wider here than anywhere, and choosing well saves money.

Strong sides: 700+ perpetuals, P2P in dozens of currencies, a notably cheap network if you pick right.

What XT.com gives you

The terminal is strong on contracts, but XT.com has its own ground: An all-round exchange: roughly a thousand spot pairs, nine hundred and fifty of them against USDT, and close to eight hundred perpetuals, each with its own funding rate. The set includes P2P, Earn savings, copy trading, trading bots and new-coin launches. Its particular strength is withdrawal networks: more than two hundred of them, its own XT Smart Chain among them, each published with fee, minimum and contract address.

Strong sides: about a thousand pairs and 800 contracts, 200+ withdrawal networks with open fees and contract addresses, early listings.

What decides it

  • Age. XT.com has run since 2018, Toobit since 2022 — a gap of 4 years. It guarantees nothing on its own, but the older venue has been through more market cycles.
  • Native tokens. Toobit has TBT, XT.com has XT: holders usually get fee discounts and access to launches.
  • Strengths side by side. Toobit: 700+ perpetuals, P2P in dozens of currencies, a notably cheap network if you pick right; XT.com: about a thousand pairs and 800 contracts, 200+ withdrawal networks with open fees and contract addresses, early listings.
  • Which job. Toobit is for derivatives trading and for anyone who picks the network by price, while XT.com is as an early-listing venue and an extra leg in cross-exchange routes.
  • Worth remembering. Toobit: coins bought on P2P become withdrawable the next day — plan around it. XT.com: books on niche pairs are thinner than at the first-tier venues — check depth before sizing up.

What people ask most

Toobit: How reliable is Toobit? It has operated since 2022 from the Seychelles — the youngest venue in our coverage. We would not advise parking long-term balances there, as with any exchange.

Toobit: Can I withdraw coins bought through P2P straight away? No. Coins bought on P2P are held until the following day, which protects against payment reversal. Plan the route around that delay — otherwise the spread closes before you can move the coin.

XT.com: Is the transfer status visible for XT? Yes. The venue publishes networks, withdrawal fees and contract addresses, so routes through it carry the same transfer badge as Binance or Bybit, and the fee is subtracted from the net spread immediately.

XT.com: What is XT’s funding interval? Most often eight hours, and the exchange states it per contract along with the time of the next accrual. Our funding section annualises from the real interval rather than an assumption.

XT.com: Why is XT’s P2P missing from your ads scanner? The venue does run a P2P board, but there is no open interface to it: the endpoint only accepts signed requests from their own client. We will not read it around that, so the P2P row shows a dash for XT — that is about our scanner’s coverage, not about the venue lacking the section.

Both at once

Most people end up keeping both: one for daily trades, the other for what the first one lacks. Spot and earn stay on the ecosystem, contracts on the terminal. Moving between them costs pennies on the right network.

Live numbers

Everything in the table above is recomputed together with the rest of the site — pairs, contracts, P2P, networks and the withdrawal fee. Toobit and XT.com can be compared on facts rather than promises.

What the numbers say

The cheapest chain for USDT sits on XT.com: POLYGON at 0.0200, where Toobit charges 0.10 OPTIMISM. P2P advertisements reach us from Toobit alone: 12 currencies. The futures list runs longer on XT.com: 795, against 371. Spot breadth favours XT.com — 941 USDT pairs to 534, 1.8× more. USDT leaves XT.com over 11 networks and Toobit over 10: the wider the choice, the easier a cheap bridge is to find.

Frequently asked

XT.com or Toobit — which should you pick?
It is the same choice whichever way round you write it. The comparison above is built on what can be measured: fees, pair counts, withdrawal chains and funding routes. Look less at which venue is "better" in general and more at which of those matters to you.
