In short: the difference
First in the pair, LBank, is a venue that lists early and often. On the market since 2015, jurisdiction: British Virgin Islands, its own LBK token.
Second in the pair, Ourbit, is an exchange with services around the trading. .
What LBank gives you
Compared with an ecosystem, LBank leans on its own strengths: One of the elder Asian venues, running since 2015. Eight hundred and thirty perpetuals and a broad P2P across dozens of currencies — stronger than many of its contemporaries on both counts. There is savings, staking and its own LBK token. The exchange is known for early listings: new coins land here before the majors.
Strong sides: 830 perpetuals, a broad P2P, early listings, running since 2015.
What Ourbit gives you
Early listings are not the only argument; Ourbit answers with its own: A venue that calls itself a SuperCEX and bets on breadth: fifteen hundred spot pairs against USDT and over seven hundred perpetual contracts, each publishing its funding rate and mark price. Listings are quick, with plenty of fresh and meme coins. Data is served openly and in full — spot with best quotes, and contracts — which makes its prices sound to compare with other venues.
Strong sides: 1500+ USDT pairs and 700+ contracts, best quotes and rates served as one list, fast listings of new coins.
What decides it
- Native token. LBK on LBank cuts fees and opens launches; Ourbit has no such lever.
- Strengths side by side. LBank: 830 perpetuals, a broad P2P, early listings, running since 2015; Ourbit: 1500+ USDT pairs and 700+ contracts, best quotes and rates served as one list, fast listings of new coins.
- Which job. LBank is for funding, P2P and finding fresh coins, while Ourbit is as an early-listing venue and a leg in cross-venue routes.
- Worth remembering. LBank: we do not show it in cross-exchange spot arbitrage: it serves its book one pair per request. Ourbit: the network and withdrawal-fee directory sits behind a key, so we do not show a transfer status for it.
Which one fits you
LBank — for funding, P2P and finding fresh coins.
Ourbit — as an early-listing venue and a leg in cross-venue routes.
What people ask most
LBank: Does LBank appear in your futures sections? Yes. It has over eight hundred perpetuals and publishes funding for all of them, so LBank takes part in our funding section on equal footing.
LBank: How old is LBank? It has run since 2015, one of the elder venues in our coverage, registered in the British Virgin Islands with LBK as its token.
LBank: Why look at LBank when the large exchanges exist? For early listings of small coins, which often appear here first. The trade-off is a thin book, so entering with size is risky.
Ourbit: What is Ourbit’s funding interval? Most often eight hours, and the exchange states it per contract along with the next payout time, so we annualise from the real interval.
Ourbit: Why do Ourbit routes show a question mark instead of a transfer status? The venue does not openly publish which networks accept deposits and withdrawals, or what a transfer costs. We will not present a guess as a fact.
Ourbit: Does Ourbit take part in your arbitrage sections? Yes, all of them: spot, futures, funding, triangular routes and stablecoins. The exchange serves best quotes with sizes in one list, so we can compute both the spread and the execution ceiling.
Both at once
Nothing stops you from opening an account on both: it is free, and a pair of venues almost always beats any single one on price. A rare coin is bought where it exists and moved to the ecosystem — easier to hold, stake or sell into a deeper book there.
Live numbers
The table above is built from our own market snapshots: USDT pairs, perpetual contracts, P2P ads and currencies, withdrawal networks and the cheapest one. LBank and Ourbit can be compared on facts rather than promises.
What the numbers say
Neither LBank nor Ourbit discloses transfer cost publicly: both name it in the wallet when you withdraw. Listing chains without the price of the transfer tells you nothing, so the row stays empty. Only LBank of the two reaches our P2P scanner, in 89 currencies. In derivatives there is no gap — around 806 contracts on both.
