Toobit vs BigONE

Toobit is built for contracts; BigONE also covers earn, bots and launches. It comes down to what you need more often.

Compared by the numbers

These figures come from the venues themselves. Volume is missing on purpose: every exchange counts it its own way, and on a few the top of the book is tokenised equities. The bottom row counts the P2P currencies our scanner reaches, not everything the venue lists.

In short: the difference

What Toobit is: a venue where contracts come before spot. On the market since 2022, jurisdiction: Seychelles, its own TBT token.

What BigONE is: an exchange with services around the trading. On the market since 2017, jurisdiction: Seychelles, its own ONE token.

What Toobit gives you

Compared with an ecosystem, Toobit leans on its own strengths: A young venue with a derivatives character: over seven hundred USDT perpetuals and five hundred-plus spot pairs. There is P2P, copy trading, Earn savings and its own TBT token. A distinctive trait is the spread of withdrawal prices across networks: the gap between cheapest and dearest is wider here than anywhere, and choosing well saves money.

Strong sides: 700+ perpetuals, P2P in dozens of currencies, a notably cheap network if you pick right.

What BigONE gives you

The terminal is strong on contracts, but BigONE has its own ground: A veteran of this comparison: the exchange opened in 2017, put together by a team that came out of Yunbi. The list holds some nine hundred spot pairs and a hundred perpetual contracts, each with an open funding rate, accrual interval and mark price. Margin, leveraged tokens and staking all work here, and the ONE token cuts the fee. The venue publishes everything, down to the size at the best quote.

Strong sides: ~900 pairs and 100 contracts, best quotes with sizes, an open network directory with withdrawal fees, the ONE token for discounts.

What decides it

  • Age. BigONE has run since 2017, Toobit since 2022 — a gap of 5 years. It guarantees nothing on its own, but the older venue has been through more market cycles.
  • Native tokens. Toobit has TBT, BigONE has ONE: holders usually get fee discounts and access to launches.
  • Strengths side by side. Toobit: 700+ perpetuals, P2P in dozens of currencies, a notably cheap network if you pick right; BigONE: ~900 pairs and 100 contracts, best quotes with sizes, an open network directory with withdrawal fees, the ONE token for discounts.
  • Which job. Toobit is for derivatives trading and for anyone who picks the network by price, while BigONE is as an additional venue in spot routes and funding.
  • Worth remembering. Toobit: coins bought on P2P become withdrawable the next day — plan around it. BigONE: the top of the book is thin: on major coins the best price often holds only a hundred dollars or two.

Which one fits you

Toobit — for derivatives trading and for anyone who picks the network by price.

BigONE — as an additional venue in spot routes and funding.

What people ask most

Toobit: How reliable is Toobit? It has operated since 2022 from the Seychelles — the youngest venue in our coverage. We would not advise parking long-term balances there, as with any exchange.

Toobit: Can I withdraw coins bought through P2P straight away? No. Coins bought on P2P are held until the following day, which protects against payment reversal. Plan the route around that delay — otherwise the spread closes before you can move the coin.

BigONE: Is the transfer status visible for BigONE? Yes, in full. The venue publishes networks, deposit and withdrawal statuses and the fee per chain, so its routes carry the ordinary transfer badge and the fee is subtracted from the net spread straight away.

BigONE: Why are spreads on BigONE often large? Because the top of the book is thin: the size at the best price is often a hundred dollars or two. The percentage on screen is real, but it fills only for that much. Use the «depth» button before trading.

BigONE: How many pairs and contracts does BigONE have? By our measurements around nine hundred spot pairs and a hundred perpetual contracts. The figures are live and refresh with the data.

Both at once

Nothing stops you from opening an account on both: it is free, and a pair of venues almost always beats any single one on price. Spot and earn stay on the ecosystem, contracts on the terminal. Moving between them costs pennies on the right network.
