Crypto.com vs Zoomex

Crypto.com and Zoomex are built alike: spot, futures, earn, bots. The difference is in the emphasis and shows only up close.

Compared by the numbers

Measured at the venues, not taken from their marketing. Volume stays out of the table: no two exchanges count it the same way, and a shared number nobody defines helps no one.

In short: the difference

First in the pair, Crypto.com, is an ecosystem with its own set of services. On the market since 2016, jurisdiction: Singapore, its own CRO token.

Second in the pair, Zoomex, is a venue that doubles as a toolkit. .

What Crypto.com gives you

The rival’s service list is wide, yet Crypto.com wins on other things: Crypto.com is a large international exchange: licences in several countries, a card of its own and an app with tens of millions of users. Its principal quote currency is the dollar, so USDT pairs come to about a hundred, though the book on them is dense. On the derivatives side there are four hundred perpetuals: the rate is served one contract per request, but it accrues hourly and our walker collects it.

Strong sides: a dense book on the major pairs, licences and regulation, the CRO token for discounts.

What Zoomex gives you

Compared with an ecosystem, Zoomex leans on its own strengths: A derivatives venue: upwards of seven hundred perpetual contracts, each with an open funding rate, accrual interval and mark price. Spot is smaller — about a hundred USDT pairs — yet those too show best quotes with size. Copy trading and trading tournaments are available. The venue serves its data whole, one response per section and without keys.

Strong sides: 700+ contracts with open rates and mark prices, sizes at the quote on spot, funding interval stated per contract.

What decides it

  • Native token. CRO on Crypto.com cuts fees and opens launches; Zoomex has no such lever.
  • Strengths side by side. Crypto.com: a dense book on the major pairs, licences and regulation, the CRO token for discounts; Zoomex: 700+ contracts with open rates and mark prices, sizes at the quote on spot, funding interval stated per contract.
  • Which job. Crypto.com is as a price reference and a funding venue, while Zoomex is primarily as a futures venue in funding and spot-futures routes.
  • Worth remembering. Crypto.com: only a hundred-odd USDT pairs: most trading is against the actual dollar. Zoomex: a narrow spot listing — around a hundred pairs against thousands at the large venues.

Which one fits you

Crypto.com — as a price reference and a funding venue.

Zoomex — primarily as a futures venue in funding and spot-futures routes.

What people ask most

Crypto.com: What does the CRO token do? Fee discounts, higher card cashback and access to platform programmes.

Crypto.com: Does Crypto.com take part in funding? Yes. The venue serves rates one contract per request, but accrual here is hourly, so there is no need to chase seconds: a dedicated walker covers all four hundred contracts in a couple of minutes and refreshes the snapshot every five. It stays out of the spot-versus-futures comparison, though — its contracts settle in actual dollars while our spot is quoted in USDT, and the difference would land as a phantom basis on every row.

Zoomex: Does Zoomex take part in funding? Yes, in full. The exchange serves every contract in one response with its rate, the accrual interval in hours and the next payout time, so the annualised rate comes from the real period.

Zoomex: Why do Zoomex routes show a question mark instead of a transfer status? The exchange does not openly publish networks, fees and deposit/withdrawal statuses. We will not present a guess as a fact.

Zoomex: How many contracts and pairs does Zoomex have? By our measurements over seven hundred perpetual contracts and around a hundred spot pairs against USDT. The figures are live and refresh with the data.

Both at once

Keeping both costs less than it seems: signing up is free, and a choice of two quotes usually beats one. It makes sense to split the jobs: spot and earn on one, bots and launches on the other. Balances are pre-funded, so no transfer is needed at the moment of a trade.

Live numbers

The table above is built from our own market snapshots: USDT pairs, perpetual contracts, P2P ads and currencies, withdrawal networks and the cheapest one. Crypto.com and Zoomex can be compared on facts rather than promises.

What the numbers say

The spot lists differ by 1.3× — 123 USDT pairs on Crypto.com, 94 on the other side. The transfer price stays behind the login on Crypto.com and on Zoomex alike. Rather than publish a number we cannot verify, the row keeps a dash. Zoomex carries more perpetuals: 725 where the other has 411.
